About the role

The role of the client exec is to support a busy team, working closely with the client manager across a portfolio of accounts to assist with the strategic planning of OOH campaigns and having responsibility for the general campaign admin across the wider team. The Client exec will be a highly driven individual who will be able to identify proactive opportunities to pitch OOH to our agency and client partners. They are reliable with high attention to detail when given tasks to complete

Responsibilities

  • Work with the team to help service a range of clients and agencies.
  • Produce information to ensure the smooth running of clients’ accounts including competitive data, availabilities, and costings.
  • Undertake the design, delivery, and implementation of campaigns to fulfil client briefs.
  • Prepare post campaign analysis and present quarterly updates and new insights
  • Liaise with media owners and suppliers to book campaigns and be self-starting to gain a full insight and knowledge of their out of home portfolios.
  • Develop strong relationships with day-to-day agency, client and media owner contacts.
  • Endeavour to pro-actively grow and develop clients’ business
  • Support the Marketing Manager to track and deliver insights on industry spend

Skills & Experience

  • Previous media planning and/or office/admin experience

About the role

The Client Associate supports their team to help service a range of clients and agencies. They will contribute to the creation of client deliverables, support with campaign management duties, and related administrative needs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist and support team members through all stages of the planning, buying, & account manage-ment process
  • Maintain and organize in the shared folders all resources, documents, decks, POP, etc. as it pertains to any internal and external work

Associate Channel Strategist

The Associate Channel Strategist will be responsible for developing and managing both traditional and non-traditional OOH media planning at the national and hyper local levels. Reporting to the VP, Channel Strategy, the Associate Channel Strategist must become a market expert in terms of media habits, consumer behavior, trends, and other marketplace nuances.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with VP, Channel Engagement, clients and internal teams to develop OOH channel engagement objectives and strategies, which includes evaluation, analysis and alignment of client goals
  • Analyze demographic data and consumer profiles to identify OOH channel usage and psychographic habits of target to engage consumers across all touch points
  • Communicate with vendor partners to assess and plan most effective and efficient use of client budgets, which includes evaluation of formats, placement, audience delivery, scale, efficiency, etc.
  • Calculate reach, frequency and any other applicable metrics for recommended OOH channels
  • Design and present in a professional manner, OOH engagement strategies to VP, Channel Engagement, clients and internal teams for approval
  • Prepare proposals and clearly communicate OOH plan recommendations
  • Send OOH channel RFPs in alignment with engagement strategies and client goals
  • Negotiate OOH channels according to plan, which includes, added value, upgrades and bonus opportunities
  • Learn and become fluent with the proprietary buying/planning platform, GeoTrak
  • Manage and organize daily tasks
  • Set up and execute approved plans accurately
  • Work closely with channel engagement team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and all deadlines are met
  • Remain up-to-date on industry trends and performance across all OOH channels
  • Develop POVs against client and channel objectives and strategies for any new OOH channel opportunities/formats
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of the client’s business by becoming a “student” of the client’s brand and client competition to better plan and align client objectives

Responsibilities

  • Provide weekly project status updates

  • Work with developers, producers and other team members to understand the project scope and objectives  
  • Develop creative motion graphic work on projects and for key clients 
  • Encoding, converting and editing videos and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics

About the role

The Investment team are primarily responsible for the trading and delivery of our agencies and clients’ campaigns and also ensuring that we are hitting any measurement and commercial targets. As an executive within the team, you will play an essential role in enabling us to fulfil this remit. Primarily, it will be in support function whilst learning the skills required to progress. Then we will look to get you trading within one of our agency teams or assisting in our accountability and performance team in order to ensure we hit our targets.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the trading & negotiation, agree & control price across booking
  • Comprehensively understand the media owners, their business and be an internal brand ambassador
  • Develop strong relationships with all media owner contacts
  • Work alongside all members of the investment team on negotiations, and all bookings relating to assigned business area
  • Work with the Planning team and the rest of the Investment Team in negotiation and delivery of approved campaigns
  • Provide expertise for the assigned business area, externally & internally communicating any relevant changes in the marketplace
  • Contribute to the development of internal documentation & software to supply Planning Team with pricing and availability in a relevant, consistent, efficient, and accurate manner
  • With the Investment Directors and Planning Team – deliver relevant KPI requirements and PRF guarantees
  • Have a thorough understanding and utilise all tools and systems, e.g. Route, Fusion & Aim

  • Take the minutes in the Investment team meeting and co-ordinate Media Owner slots within this
  • Update our trading tool ‘The Exchange’ for the Investment team and working closely with Investment Managers to coordinate the distribution across the wider market as well as internally
  • Be responsible for the weekly campaign tracker - diarise and chase SAB/upgrades and value for relevant Talon campaigns
  • Input into the post campaign analysis process across the department working closely with each member of the team to deliver all relevant detail on time
  • Work closely with key members of the team across the independent agencies
  • Strive for maximum efficiency in plan creation and workflow process
  • Begin to form a long-term overview of format, environments and media owners and be innovative in approach

Being the gatekeeper and servicing clients through implementational planning, being client facing and working with relevant teams to deliver the best possible outcome for their clients. Managing workloads, understanding and communicating Talon initiatives, having good industry knowledge, working across relevant client accounts and supporting the team are all key aspects of this role – alongside the management and development of the Account Executive within the team.

About the role

The Executive Assistant role is a key support position to the Group CEO to ensure the smooth running of his diary. This pivotal role will demand quick thinking , proactivity, and attention to detail whilst overseeing the efficiency and effectiveness of the administrative support function.

Responsibilities

  • Extensive diary management for the Group CEO anticipating needs and always being one step ahead, identifying and resolving problems before they arise
  • Organise domestic and international travel arrangements (including visas where appropriate) and prepare itineraries, ensuring travel policies are adhered to
  • Coordinate room bookings for internal/external meetings and to make sure catering and facilities are set up, working closely with Receptionist/Office Manager and/or other PA ’s where appropriate
  • Handle the CEO ’s correspondence/post and manage his inbox
  • Assist with general scanning, copying and binding documentation
  • Complete monthly expenses and maintain all credit cards receipts for payment
  • Maintain all sickness and holiday records for CEO’s direct reports
  • Take minutes and follow up with actions for meetings
