About the role

The Client Associate supports their team to help service a range of clients and agencies. They will contribute to the creation of client deliverables, support with campaign management duties, and related administrative needs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist and support team members through all stages of the planning, buying, & account manage-ment process
  • Maintain and organize in the shared folders all resources, documents, decks, POP, etc. as it pertains to any internal and external work
  • Support Client Manager with creation, maintenance, and management of documents and reports throughout the planning and buying process (i.e.- media plan, contracts, cost sheets, posting instruc-tions, production grids, proof of posting, and override reports)
  • Be familiar with strategy and objectives of your clients and agencies
  • Have a thorough understanding and utilize all internal and external tools and systems for planning, measurement, etc. as required

Associate Channel Strategist

The Associate Channel Strategist will be responsible for developing and managing both traditional and non-traditional OOH media planning at the national and hyper local levels. Reporting to the VP, Channel Strategy, the Associate Channel Strategist must become a market expert in terms of media habits, consumer behavior, trends, and other marketplace nuances.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with VP, Channel Engagement, clients and internal teams to develop OOH channel engagement objectives and strategies, which includes evaluation, analysis and alignment of client goals
  • Analyze demographic data and consumer profiles to identify OOH channel usage and psychographic habits of target to engage consumers across all touch points
  • Communicate with vendor partners to assess and plan most effective and efficient use of client budgets, which includes evaluation of formats, placement, audience delivery, scale, efficiency, etc.
  • Calculate reach, frequency and any other applicable metrics for recommended OOH channels
  • Design and present in a professional manner, OOH engagement strategies to VP, Channel Engagement, clients and internal teams for approval
  • Prepare proposals and clearly communicate OOH plan recommendations
  • Send OOH channel RFPs in alignment with engagement strategies and client goals
  • Negotiate OOH channels according to plan, which includes, added value, upgrades and bonus opportunities
  • Learn and become fluent with the proprietary buying/planning platform, GeoTrak
  • Manage and organize daily tasks
  • Set up and execute approved plans accurately
  • Work closely with channel engagement team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and all deadlines are met

Reporting to the Managing Director (Singapore), the Client/Business Director has a wide range of responsibilities including (but not limited to) owning and developing the relationship with a variety of key clients, uncovering new business opportunities, managing direct reports within the team and supporting the Managing Director in day-to-day tasks, driving new business growth, and helping to deliver best in class service. Responsibilities

Being the gatekeeper and servicing clients through implementational planning, being client facing and working with relevant teams to deliver the best possible outcome for their clients. Managing workloads, understanding and communicating Talon initiatives, having good industry knowledge, working across relevant client accounts and supporting the team are all key aspects of this role – alongside the management and development of the Account Executive within the team.

Media Buying Manager

This role involves working closely with the Accountability & Performance Business Director to move towards new innovative investment models and the implementation of new commercial models linked to pricing of OOH. The Accountability and Performance Manager has good agency and auditor relationships and works closely with the Investment team to accurately track all pricing guarantees. They are to build an understanding of the data requirements of the investment team and update them on a regular basis.

About the role

This position has an active role in monitoring Talon’s pricing agreements and guarantees to ensure they are on target for yearend delivery. This role also involves working closely with the Accountability & Performance Business Director to move towards new innovative investment models and the implementation of new commercial models linked to pricing of OOH. The Accountability and Performance Manager has good agency and auditor relationships and works closely with the Investment team to accurately track all pricing guarantees. They are to build an understanding of the data requirements of the investment team and update them on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

  • Line manager for the A&P Executive.
  • Liaise with the agency teams to weekly monitor and track all Talon’s pricing commitments.
  • Liaise with our agency partners to put in place a best practice and timeline for delivering on the productivity and audit process for each client.
  • Alongside the Executive complete all productivity and grid-based audit templates by client monthly ready for quarterly data uploads.
  • Ensure the monthly data uploads to auditors is delivered on time.
  • Oversee the delivery of tracking templates for each guarantee and ensure the agency team have the up-to-date pricing information weekly.
  • Update and manage the Talon auditor pool data and create a comprehensive, easy to use master pool.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of auditor pool data.
  • Working closely with the Business Director assist in managing the pitch grid process to deliver pitch grids correlating to agreed commitments.
  • Manage the CPT trading model data within Plato and ensure it is up to data.
  • Work closely with the Business Director to manage pricing models and update weekly reporting.
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of Plato and work with the Plato team to update pricing data each week.
  • Monitor and update market data on a weekly basis covering lead times, occupancy, and Inflation.
  • Monitor and maintain a dashboard to comprehensively report all market data for wider business use.
  • Develop relationships with Accountability/Trading teams at Talon agency partners and share tracking positions.
  • To build relationships with all Investment leads at agencies and develop relationships at all auditors.

The Client Strategy Director is the lead channel expert working with the Business Development team on new business opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Work closely with designated account team(s) to evaluate RFPs and identify opportunities to incorporate digital solutions
  • Integrate with and become familiar with account team client list/roster
  • Respond to client request reactively and ideate on reengagement opportunities to recommend solutions proactively
  • Educate internal teams on Talon products/solutions – how they work as well as workflow

About the role

Channel Strategist will be responsible for developing and managing both traditional and non-traditional OOH media planning at the national and hyper local levels. Reporting to the SVP, Channel Management, the Channel Strategist must be a market expert in terms of media habits, consumer behavior, trends, and other marketplace nuances.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Digital Services Campaign Executive to join our small team focused on delivering and reporting on digital Out of Home campaigns. With the ever-growing number of screens, media owners and ways to use digital Out of Home it is our role to guarantee the smooth and timely management of campaigns from start to finish. We are looking to expand our Campaign Management team with a Campaign Executive who will work across our FileDrive and PlayTrack products. With these products, we deliver campaigns for clients including Google, McDonald's, Sainsbury’s, Amazon, VW, Diageo and Pepsi to name a few. The primary function of the role is to ensure campaign creative needs to meet media owner specifications and industry guidelines, as well as verifying that the campaigns have been scheduled and delivered as per the client's booking.

Responsibilities

  • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with media agencies, media owners and creative agencies.
  • Understanding the DOOH industry and what is possible for clients to achieve across different formats and with various media owners.
  • Aiding creative agencies and media planners on the functionality and use of the delivery and reporting platforms.
  • Receive and distribute campaign details including creative and technical specification, media compliance to all relevant parties. Liaise with creative agencies and media owners on amounts of content, scheduling and deadlines.
  • Configuration of campaigns on FileDrive & PlayTrack platforms including any internal tracking requirements and confirm campaigns have been scheduled as planned with relevant parties.
  • Day-to-day running of web-based services for campaign booking information, content trafficking and campaign support.
  • Manage verification and reporting through for all digital campaigns through the business.
  • Collect and upload report data to campaigns. Data will need to be analysed and interpreted so that the key information can be fed back to key stakeholders.
  • Update the planning teams on how campaigns are progressing and flag any issues or potential problems.
  • Checking and testing that all content meets specific media owner specifications and meets the expected behaviour as defined within the project's scope of work.
  • Editing and adapting content in house where possible. Providing post campaign analysis as and when needed.
  • Guide creative agencies on amending content in order to meet project and campaign specifications.
  • Checking and analysing media plans against internal records to assure they are accurate.
  • Facilitating and supporting changes to live campaign content as and when needed.
  • Confirm costs and budgets with clients, agencies and partners.
  • Keep up to date and accurate records of campaign content volumes as the campaign progresses.
  • Discuss and offer ideas for future product and service features with development team.
  • Assist with product and service user acceptance testing and bug reporting.
  • There are three main relationships that are essential to maintain and build in this role which are with the media agencies, media owners and creative agencies. Media planners - You will work with media planners to confirm what has been booked and confirm that the content has been delivered. Media owners - the media owners will be who you deliver content to and receive playout reports from, verifying all campaigns are scheduled and playing as agreed. Creative agencies - A creative agency producer will provide you with all the files you need to deliver the campaign to all the media owners, you will be working with them to advise if they are on or off spec.

Skills & Experience

  • Planning & Organising: Keeping all relevant parties up to date with the status of upcoming and live campaigns. As well as managing and updating all internal administrative documentation. Prioritisation of tasks when faced with tight deadlines which involves understanding media owner time constraints and flexibility.
  • Communication: The ability to clearly and concisely communicate to creative agencies and media owners is imperative to this role to ensure campaigns are scheduled as instructed, interpreting the clients needs and rationalising this to external parties.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring that all files that we check, and traffic are 100% correct. Maintaining this eye for detail across hundreds of files with variable specifications across many concurrent campaigns is essential.
  • Decision Making: Analysing playout data reports from media owners, verifying its validity and deciding to flag internally with planning teams when there is potential projected underplay.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing, Talon’s Senior Designer will lead the creative process across a wide variety of both digital and print-based projects and support the marketing team in their mission to cement Talon as the No. 1 Global Out Of Home agency. You will be joining the team at a pivotal moment, having just been through a repositioning and rebrand project – due to launch by end of 2022.
