Coca Cola Christmas

1. Objective

Create further association with Coca Cola and Christmas.

Using OOH, help bring “real magic” to life.

2. Strategy

Real magic starts when we gather around a fireplace at Christmas, and last year many families missed that opportunity.

This Christmas, together with Coca-Cola and Mediacom we wanted to create that sense of magic through an iconic OOH execution.

Our campaign took inspiration from the TV ad.

3. Execution

Using Dublin as our landscape, we took over a building at the corner section of Ely Place and Merrion Row in Dublin city centre so as to capture a large audience throughout the Christmas period.

Working closely with XLMedia, a 3D chimney was built and decorated with real fairy lights. This chimney was then installed along the building. The windows of the building were then filled with vinyl showing scenes of real Christmas magic - creating that sense of connection and family.

This campaign was planned and bought by Posterplan.
