Talon wins double Employer Recognition at British Credit Awards 2017

Talon has picked up the Employer of the Year award, plus the Winner of Winners award (for the overall winner of all categories) at the British Credit Awards 2017, run by the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM).

The Awards recognises credit professionals across all businesses. The CICM is Europe’s largest professional association for the credit community. The trusted leader in expertise for all credit and collection matters, it represents the profession across trade, consumer and export credit, and all credit-related services.

The Employer of the Year is a highly prestigious award that recognises employee engagement in a complex sector of finance. This recognition stood out sufficiently for Talon to pick up the night’s grand prix prize ahead of other winners.

Lee Nicholson, Talon’s Finance Director comments: “Winning these two highly prestigious awards is great recognition for the small team here at Talon, led by Iain Webb. It is further testament to how much attention we give to our people across all disciplines and a reflection of great work that contributes directly to our bottom line.”

The awards follow Talon’s previous employer and finance recognitions in The Sunday Times Fast Track, the LSE 1000, and The Sunday Times Best Small Company lists.
