Talon promotes three to Group Business Director

 

 

Talon, the UK’s only independently-owned Out of Home media specialist has made three senior promotions to those running client and agency teams within the agency.

Monnie Rhodes, Luke Willbourn and Jamie Finn are all promoted from their current Business Director roles to Group Business Director, overseeing enlarged client groups in a completely new structure at Talon.

Reporting into the Managing Partners responsible for agency and client – Frank Bryant and James Copley – the three will undertake expanded roles overseeing agency and client development to continue Talon’s exceptional and award-winning work and to grow business by putting in place innovative long-term strategies to support clients and partners with outstanding OOH campaigns.

They will each have Business Directors reporting into them across their respective agencies as Talon – now into its fourth year of trading – seeks to inject a renewed focus on client servicing, planning and driving growth in the transformed environment of digital and classic OOH.

Talon has consistently led growth in digital OOH across all its agency groups and has injected a smarter as standard approach to OOH with clients ensuring use of dynamic data, more flexible thinking and an innovative and contextual approach to campaigns.

Monnie Rhodes joined Talon in 2013 and has 15 years’ experience in OOH. She will oversee M2M and many of Talon’s independent agencies; Luke Willbourn, who joined Talon from Kinetic in 2014, has 14 years’ experience in the industry and will oversee OMD and PHD. Jamie Finn joined Talon in 2013 and has 9 years’ experience in the sector, and will work across MGOMD and Rocket agencies.
