    Most of our employees are entitled to 25 days annual leave each year plus bank holidays. This leave entitlement increases by one day each year of service up to a maximum of 30 days.

    We reward additional time off if our employees are volunteering and celebrating their birthdays. In addition Talon offers a generous 20 weeks’ full pay to employees taking maternity or adoption leave.
